In its 245 m2 of living space, fully air-conditioned Villa Visum provides accommodation for 6 + 1 guests on three floors. It has 3 airy bedrooms that also have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. Both lie on the upper floor and offer access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The remaining bedroom  lies on the ground floor and is equipped with two single beds, one of which can be extended into a double bed. The generous open-plan ground floor is filled with natural light, consisting of an elegant kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining area and a comfortable living room with sofa and Smart TV where you can relax watching Netflix. A separate toilet is available on this floor. The interior of Villa Visum is bright and modern with carefully selected details and decorations leaving an impression of sophistication and luxury. For relaxation and recreation, it is enough to go down to the enviably equipped basement of Villa Visum, where guests have at their disposal a gym, a wellness oasis with jacuzzi and sauna and a playroom where you can have fun playing foosball, darts and games on the PlayStation 3 console or reading books.
