The interior of the Villa Lion’s House with its 350 m2 can accommodate up to 9+1 (baby) guests in its four cosy bedrooms. All bedrooms of the villa are A/C, so even in summer you can ensure a peaceful sleep. Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the fourth one with a modern extendable couch. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and two of them have a private access to the fantastic balcony which offers a gorgeous view on the coast of Croatia and Crikvenica. One of the bedrooms has a unique private en suite bathroom in a modern colour tending. A second bathroom on the second floor is also equipped with a shower. On the first floor of the Villa Lion’s House, you can find the open living area, which extends over almost the entire floor. The open plan kitchen has a counter that opens up to the living area. The modern kitchen of the Villa Lion’s house is fully equipped and while you are preparing some delicious Croatian dishes during your stay in the Villa Lion’ House, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea in Croatia. While the food is simmering, your loved ones can take a seat at the inviting dining table of the Villa Lion’s House, which provides space for up to 6 persons. After dinner, everyone can take a seat in front of the fireplace in the beautiful, inviting and open living room and make themselves comfortable. The modern living room invites you to even enjoy rainy days during your holiday. The open concept of the room enables you to enjoy the fantastic view from all over the room. The 1800 m2 outdoor area of the Villa Lion’s House invites you to spend a relaxing day at the pool, which looks like a heart. Furthermore, one part of the pool is also suitable for children and even while swimming in the pool, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea in Croatia and the coast of Crikvenica. The heated pool of the Villa Lion’s House impresses with its size of 24 m2. Additionally, the pool of the Villa Lion’s House is equipped with massage jets and offers you therefore pure relaxation during your vacation. Right around the pool, there are some deckchairs where you can take a seat and enjoy the Croatian sun. In case you get really hungry while swimming, you have the opportunity to light up the barbecue grill and organize a barbecue in the outdoor area of the Villa Lion’s House. The villa’s barbecue area is enclosed and equipped with everything you need for the perfect barbecue. When the day in Croatia draws to a close, you can enjoy the perfect sunsets with a glass of delicious wine on the roof terrace of the Villa Lion’s House. And if you want to use the full capacity of the villa, there are four parking spaces outside and one space in the garage of the Villa Lion’s House.
