The internal area is 440 m2 and consists of 7 floors connected by original stone stairs. It provides accommodation for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, and each floor has its own beauty. On the ground floor, guests will find an exercise area, a sauna to relax and a shower. The second floor consists of two bedrooms with TV, private bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in another there are two single beds. On this floor is a lovely cellar - here the taste and smell of the wine has an entirely different dimension. Lean against the stone walls, feel the comfort of a chair at a table that can accommodate 6 people or play shuffleboard with friends and family. There is also a laundry area with washer, dryer, everything you need to iron and a vacuum cleaner. On the third floor there are two bedrooms. The fourth floor is perfect for moments spent together. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with a smile or order a private chef - that's up to you. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious dining table, and the exit to the terrace comes with a panoramic view over the sea. On the fifth floor there is another fully equipped kitchen and lounge.
