The 400 m2 indoor area of Villa Atria consists of the ground floor, the first floor and the basement and can accommodate up to 10 people in four sleek bedrooms with a double bed, a TV and an A/C system. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa while the fourth one is located on the ground floor of Villa Atria, which is wheelchair-friendly as it offers enough space and has no thresholds whatsoever. Each bedroom has access to a private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub. In addition to the one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the ground floor of Villa Atria features a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils so that guests can prepare all of their favorite dishes with ease. Next to the kitchen is the dining area for 10 people ideal for socialization over a meal. The stylish living room is part of the open-plan concept and is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds where two people can sleep, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a PlayStation 4. One of the key features of the living room is the two-story glass wall which offers a fantastic view of the courtyard and brings a part of the outdoors into the indoor area. In the basement of Villa Atria, guests will find a laundry room and an entertainment area with table tennis and a stationary bike.

Villa Atria Exterior

The outdoor area of Villa Atria offers full privacy due to the fence enclosing the whole property. Glass doors from the living room lead onto the roofed terrace with an outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen and a barbecue which will be ideal for guests who enjoy dining on fresh air. The central feature of the outdoor area is the 50 m2 saltwater swimming pool which is heated and can, therefore, be used from the preseason in spring all the way to the postseason in late autumn. Surrounding the private pool are comfortable lounging chairs where guests can work on their tan and relax with a glass of Istrian wine or a cocktail. Next to the pool is a trampoline for the youngest guests of Villa Atria. The villa offers a private parking lot for 4 cars as well as a charger for electric cars.

The scenic village of Liznjan is located at the far south-east part of the Istrian peninsula on a hilltop overlooking the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres and Losinj.
