Villa Mariva Interior

The 1600 m2 Villa Mariva with an indoor area of 240 m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in four elegantly decorated air-conditioned bedrooms, of which two are furnished with a double bed, while the other two have two single beds which can be joined together into a double bed, if needed. All of the bedrooms have access to their own bathroom, three of which have a shower, while the fourth one has a bathtub. In the bathrooms, guests will find all bathroom necessities they will need such as towels, a hair dryer and toiletries. Villa Mariva also has a separate toilette, as well as a utility room where guests will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, washing detergent, an iron and an iron board. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the grand dining area for eight people which enjoys a breathtaking view of the outdoor pool due to large glass sliding doors that make up almost the entirety of the wall. Next to the dining area is the stylish living room furnished with a large comfortable sofa, satellite/smart TV and B&O speakers for music streaming.

From the dining room/living room, guests enter the gorgeous courtyard of Villa Mariva. To the left is a nice lounge area perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee, while on the right guests will find an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, kitchen counters and a sink, making the perfect area for enjoying a delicious grilled dish. In front of the terrace is the beautiful 44 m2 heated swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs which are inviting guests to relax during hot summer days. There is also an outdoor shower for the maximum comfort of the guests. Children will be delighted to hear that there is a playground on the property of Villa Mariva, while those keen on fitness can keep up with their training regime in the gym. The entire property of Villa Mariva is completely enclosed giving its guests full privacy during their stay at the villa. Guests arriving by car will a garage and three parking spaces at their disposal.

Kaštelir is an idyllic village in Istria whose beautiful untouched nature, picturesque olive groves and majestic vineyards will not leave anyone indifferent. Kaštelir is also an excellent starting point for the exploration of the entire Istrian peninsula. It is in the vicinity of some of the most gorgeous cities in Istria such as Poreč (13 km) known for being the home of the Euphrasian Basilica which is under the protection of UNESCO, Novigrad (13 km) with an extremely rich and interesting cultural and historic heritage and Umag (28 km) with its many beautiful beaches and summer events.
