The 1080 m2 Villa Ivana with an indoor area of 380 m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in four luxuriously decorated bedrooms. All the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and an A/C system and have a private bathroom attached. The bathrooms, three with a shower and the fourth with a bathtub, are equipped with all the bathroom necessities such as a hair dryer and L´Occitane Cosmetics. In addition to the four bathrooms, there is also a guest toilette for maximum comfort of our guests. In the gorgeous modern kitchen, guests will find all the kitchen utensils and appliances they will need for cooking delicious meals for their loved ones which can then be enjoy in the grand dining room where 10 guests can be comfortably seated. The classy living room is furnished with two pale blue couches and a flat screen satellite TV, while the entire space is adorned with paintings of renowned painters and gorgeous crystal chandeliers.

The courtyard of Villa Ivana is a beautiful Istrian garden whose main feature is the beautiful 36m2 swimming pool which will be perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. Surrounding the swimming pool are lounging chairs and parasols where guests can relax by the pool while soaking up the sun. Next to the swimming pool is a outdoor dining area for 8 people as well as a barbecue, so that guests can prepare tasty grilled dishes during their stay at the villa. During their stay, guests will enjoy full privacy since the entire property of Villa Ivana is fenced. Guests will have private parking spaces at their disposal. The classic and elegant style of the villa continues in the exterior of the villa. Thus, the guests of this beautiful villa also feel like royalty in the outdoor area!
