The 633 m2 Villa Ginevra by HMZ Villas with an indoor area of 200 m2 can be enjoyed by six guests who will be residing in three stylish bedrooms, which are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and a TV. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor of Villa Ginevra by HMZ Villas and has access to a private bathroom with a bathtub, an exit to a terrace, as well as a private exit to the swimming pool area via outdoor stairs. The second bedroom is also located on the 1st floor of the villa and has a private bathroom with a shower attached to it, while the third bedroom is situated on the ground floor of the villa together with a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, the spacious open-plan space of the ground floor consists of a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island provides the guests of Villa Ginevra by HMZ Villas with everything they might need when cooking for their loved ones, who can then taste the meals in the cozy dining area where six guests can have a seat. The nautical style living room is furnished with two blue and white striped couches and a flat screen satellite TV and is, therefore, a pleasant area in the villa to relax and spend time with your loved ones.

From the living room, guests enter the courtyard of Villa Ginevra by HMZ Villas which is fenced by tall hedges for full privacy. Firstly, guests will come across the outdoor dining area, which is perfect for enjoying dinner on fresh air. A few steps down is the gorgeous 22 m2 swimming pool which is surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols and next to which is an outdoor shower for the maximum convenience of our guests. Next to the private swimming pool is the barbecue area with an outdoor stone barbecue and a sink. There is a private parking space available on the property of Villa Ginevra by HMZ Villas.
