With a total area of 651 m² and 226 m² of interior space, Villa Bianca is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and a stylish en-suite bathroom equipped with premium amenities such as towels, a hair dryer, and L’Occitane cosmetics. Three bathrooms have walk-in showers, while one also includes a bathtub for long, relaxing soaks. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the peaceful garden and pool area, while the other three are on the upper floor—two of which open onto a spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying the fresh Istrian air. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a sophisticated dining space that comfortably seats eight, perfect for enjoying local delicacies. The living room is elegantly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV, and selected pieces of Croatian artwork that enhance the villa’s artistic and serene ambiance.
