Villa B1 Pazin, Istria

Villa B1 is unique in many ways. It is one of the oldest houses in the village, and is part of the BR villa brand, whose design was entirely led by the renowned Croatian designer Boris Ružić. The 250m2 large Villa B1 with an indoor area of 66m2 provides accommodation to six guests. Villa B1 consists of two elegantly decorated bedrooms with double beds, which have their own TV and A/C system, as well as one bathroom with a shower and one separate toilette. In addition to typical bathroom necessities such as towels and a hair dryer, the bathroom has a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining room area for four is connected to the rustic living room area, creating the perfect juxtaposition of the modern and the traditional. The living room area with a cozy fireplace is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two, satellite TV and with a DVD player, making the place perfect for socialization and entertainment. In addition to the entire Villa B1 being air-conditioned and having WLAN access, guests will have a safe at their disposal, where they can store their valuables. The main feature od Villa B1 is its intimate courtyard atrium, which provides guests with complete privacy and afternoon shade for a truly relaxing holiday in Croatia. The courtyard of the villa features a beautiful 10m2 large swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, as well as a rustic outdoor seating area with a barbecue. Guests arriving by car will have access to a parking space.

Villa B1 Surroundings

Radetići is a small village in the inland of Istria surrounded by vineyards, greenery and cultivated fields. There are numerous wineries, prosciutto manufactures and taverns with traditional Croatian delicacies, which will delight your taste buds. If you want to explore the surrounding area of Radetići, we recommend visiting the medieval town Dvigrad or one of the most beautiful fjords of the Adriatic Sea – Lim Fjord. Along the bay, hidden in the steep cliffs are the two caves of St. Romuald, where skeletal remains of many animal species such as the wild horse and the cave lion have been found, which were captured by the prehistoric hunter. The bay is a popular excursion destination famous for its mussel breeds, a delicacy in the region. The tourist centers of Istria – Rovinj, Poreč, Pula and Vrsar – are all some 30km away from Radetići. The owners of Villa B1 live nearby and will be at the guests’ disposal the whole time, if they are needed, and supply them with fresh fruits and vegetables from their organic farm.
