Villa Noeli Interior

On a living area of 130 m2, Villa Noeli can accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bedrooms are equipped with modern furniture, and each of them has a TV and air conditioning, as well as access to its own en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. Two additional people can sleep in the living room on the couch, which can be extended into a comfortable bed for two people. The pleasant living room, which, like the bedrooms, is designed in nude, earthy tones, is a real oasis for relaxation. The fireplace in the living room makes Villa Noeli a suitable accommodation not only for the summer, but also for a vacation throughout the year. In this open-space room, there is also a dining area with a large wooden dining table and an elegant kitchen in a dark wood look, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. If you want to relax completely, you can do so in the private sauna which is also at your disposal.

Villa Noeli Exterior

Through the living and dining room, you have access to the outdoor area of Villa Noeli, which spreads over a plot of 1750 m2. The entire property is completely fenced and guarantees maximum privacy. A flat surface without steps and obstacles from the villa itself to the outside surface facilitates movement for the disabled. Enjoy your coffee in the covered lounge corner next to the 35 m2 pool with salt water that represents a piece of the Adriatic Sea just for you! There is also a covered jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful nature that surrounds you. As part of Villa Noeli, there is an additional facility with a summer kitchen, which is also fully equipped and includes a grill for preparing delicious summer barbecues, as well as a dining table where you can enjoy your meals or gather together with your fellow vacationers. Guests who arrive by car can park in the covered parking lot in front of the villa, where there is also a charging station for electric cars.

Spend your vacation in Hum, the smallest town in the world with only about 50 inhabitants, which was, according to a legend, created from excessive stones that were left by giants who built cities in the valley of the Mirna River. It is also called the City of “Biska” – a brandy with mistletoe that originates from Hum. If you spend your vacation in Hum, you have the opportunity to visit small towns on neighboring hills such as Draguć, Grožnjan and the medieval town of Motovun, which is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Istria. Visit Buzet (18 km), which is today best known as the "town of truffles", Pazin (28 km), which is the administrative center of the Istrian County, also called the "heart of Istria", as well as the beautiful coastal town of Opatija (34 km) and many others! We definitely recommend that you also explore the Učka Nature Park, which is only half an hour's drive from Villa Noeli, and which will surely be etched in your memory because of the beautiful viewpoints that offer an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea.
