In its 240 m2 of living space, Villa Casta Diva provides accommodation for a total of 8 + 2 guests on two floors. It has 4 beautiful airy bedrooms, each equipped with a handmade double bed, Smart TV and air conditioning. Each bedroom also has its own, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor and wall heating. Three of the bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the upper floor, while the remaining bedroom with bathroom lies on the ground floor, providing guests with added comfort. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor offer direct access to a lovely terrace equipped with a comfortable seating area and deck chairs, overlooking the landscaped garden, pool and surroundings. The spacious ground floor pf the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a dining room that can accommodate all guests and a comfortable living room equipped with two sofas, Smart TV and Hi-Fi system, a beautiful fireplace and underfloor heating system. There is also a lovely bar area where guests can enjoy spending time with family and friends in the evening. The living room on the ground floor opens onto a spacious, partially covered terrace with an infinity pool of 58 m2, equipped with a massage waterfall, counter-current swimming, a shallower section for children, wide stairs and an underwater bench. After a refreshing dip in the pool, guests can relax on comfortable sun loungers on the sundeck with cocktail tables and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area of Villa Casta Diva further features a jacuzzi for 6 people which is the best relaxation option during sunset. Guests also have at their disposal a roofed summer kitchen with a large barbecue, a bar, massive table and wooden benches, and a comfortable lounge area.
