The 200m2 large indoor area of Villa Arsia can accommodate 8 guests in four modern-style bedrooms on the 1st floor of the villa. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the fourth one has two single beds, which can be joined together, if necessary. Furthermore, all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower and other bathroom necessities, as well as their own air-conditioning system. The ground floor of Villa Arsia consists of one large open space with a kitchen, dining room area and living room area, as well as a separate toilette. The sleek kitchen with a kitchen island is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the gorgeous dining room area for 8 people with a view of the outdoor swimming pool. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable couch, satellite TV and a PlayStation 4, creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family.

The 200m2 large outdoor area of Villa Arsia features a stunning 40m2 large outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. From the swimming pool, guests will have a breath-taking view of the surrounding area of Labin. Furthermore, the terrace has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for those who enjoy eating on fresh air. Our youngest guests will have access to a basketball court and a trampoline on the property.

Villa Arsia is in the vicinity of Labin, a medieval town on a hill above Rabac. With its rich cultural heritage and numerous art ateliers, the narrow streets of Labin tell an amazing story of a time, which has past a long time ago. It is the birthplace of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, who was a philologist, scientist, historian, theologian, collaborator of Martin Luther, and, according to many, the founder of biblical hermeneutics. In addition to the memorial collection in Illyricus’s birth house in Old Town Labin, there is a Town Museum with a small coal mine inside. The tourism of Labin is connected to Rabac, a popular tourist destination on the eastern coast of Istria. It attracts numerous tourists from all around the world with its long white pebble beaches, rich Mediterranean vegetation and azure sea. Known as the “pearl of Kvarner”, Rabac is an ideal place for a family vacation, as it offers an inexhaustible array of activities. You can try out kayaking on the Four Elements Beach in the Bounty Bay, or experience Rab from above by parasailing. You might also enjoy horseback riding in Presika, which overlooks Rabac and the Labin Old Town.
