The 600m2 Villa Septima with an indoor area of 140 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests in three elegantly decorated bedrooms, all of which have access to their own en-suite bathroom with a shower and are furnished with an air-conditioning system and a TV. One of the bedrooms, located on the ground floor, has two single beds, while the other two on the 1st floor of the villa have double beds. Furthermore, Villa Septima features a fully equipped kitchen where cooking becomes child’s play and which is connected to the gorgeous dining area for eight, whose huge glass sliding doors enable guests to enjoy the beautiful view of the swimming pool while they converse with their family members over a delicious meal. The stylish living room is the perfect entertainment and relaxation space, since it has a satellite TV, a DVD player and Nintendo Wii. What is more, the living room can act as a sleeping place for two guests, since it is furnished with a sofa bed. The courtyard of Villa Septima is accessed by several glass sliding doors and provides its guests full privacy since it is entirely fenced. Therefore, cool off in the 32m2 swimming pool during hot summer days, relax by the pool on one of the surrounding sunbeds or show off your amazing cooking skills on the outdoor barbecue. The outdoor terrace is furnished with garden furniture, so that guests have the option of dining on fresh air. For guests arriving by car, Villa Septima provides two parking spaces on the property.
