The 600m2 Villa Octava with an indoor area of 140m2 offers accommodation to up to 8 guests in three gorgeously decorated bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a TV, an A/C system and have access to their own en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms, located on the ground floor of Villa Octava, is furnished with two single beds, while the other two bedrooms on the 1st floor of the villa have double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to the elegant dining area for six from which one can enjoy a gorgeous view of the swimming pool. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa bed where two more guests can sleep, as well as with satellite TV, a DVD player and Nintendo Wii, creating the ideal entertainment space for the whole family. The central feature of the meticulously landscaped courtyard of Villa Octava is the stunning 32m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols. Right next to the swimming pool is the terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, where guests can enjoy delicious meals on fresh air. During their stay, guests will have complete privacy since the entire property of Villa Octava is fenced. For guests arriving by car, there are 2 private parking spaces.
