Villa Kvarta is a beautiful rustic villa which is the perfect choice for those wanting a luxury vacation in Istria away from tourist crowds and noisy city centers. Villa Kvarta is part of a project called Adagio Villas which created an entire settlement of luxurious villas in the small picturesque village of Rojnići, whose population is less than a 100 people, so that guests are guaranteed a relaxing and peaceful holiday in complete privacy.

In its 140m2 living space, Villa Kvarta provides accommodation to up to 8 guests in three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a double bed, a TV, an A/C system and have access to their own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so that guests do not miss anything while preparing delicious homecooked meals. Intimate dinner parties can be hosted in the elegant dining area for eight guests from which guests can enjoy the stunning view of the outdoor swimming pool. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed where two guests can sleep, as well as with satellite TV, a DVD player and with a PlayStation 3, which makes the living room the ideal entertainment area for the whole family. The central feature of the courtyard of Villa Kvarta is the 32m2 swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, creating a gorgeous oasis for complete relaxation while being surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. Guests who enjoy cooking for the whole family will be delighted by the barbecue on the terrace with garden furniture, which can be used for eating on fresh air. The entire property of Villa Kvarta is fully fenced giving its guest complete privacy during their stay, while guests arriving by car will have two parking spaces at their disposal.
