The 1010 m2 Villa Bella Vita with an indoor area of 145 m2 can accommodate up to 8 guests in three bedrooms furnished in a contemporary style. All the bedrooms are equipped with an A/C system, as well as with a TV and have access to a private bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an extendable couch where 2 more guests can sleep. Its bathroom is furnished with a bathtub, a bidet and all other bathroom essentials. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The private bathrooms of both of the bedrooms have a shower.  A washing machine can be found in the utility room of Villa Bella Vita. The ground floor of Villa Bella Vita consists of an open-plan space where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are located at. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to a gorgeous dining area where eight people can be comfortable seated at. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable L-shaped couch, as well as a TV and a DVD-player creating the ideal space in the Villa Bella Vita for relaxation and entertainment for the whole family. A baby cot and a high chair are available in the villa upon request.

The courtyard of Villa Bella Vita is a gorgeous garden full of lush greenery that is fully fenced so that guests can enjoy full privacy. The main feature of the courtyard is the magnificent 32 m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols, making the pool area a true oasis for relaxation during Croatia´s hot summer days. Guests who would like to enjoy an astounding view of the sea and the nature of Barban should head up to the roof terrace, while those who enjoy dining on fresh air will have an outdoor dining area for eight people at their disposal. While the adults are preparing a tasty meal on the outdoor stone grill, children can play on the children playground which is on the property of Villa Bella Vita. Furthermore, guests can challenge each other to a game of table tennis, go on a bike ride with the bicycles provided by the villa and rent out a 5 m wooden boat for a romantic boat ride on the Adriatic Sea. Guests arriving by car will have a roofed parking space at their disposal.
