On the ground floor there is a modern and bright kitchen, which together with the dining area and the living room forms an open common area. Here you can expect a very modern interior design, which is very illuminated by huge glass windows. The spacious and beautiful ground floor bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an ensuite modern bathroom. A wellness area equipped with a sauna is also located on the ground floor of the villa. A private fitness area and a games room with a Playstation 4, table tennis and football table are also available here. A staircase leads you to the first floor of the villa, on which you can find three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has its own balcony. The second floor of the villa, which forms its own penthouse, is accessed via an external staircase and a separate entrance. Here you will also find a very modern living room in an open plan space with kitchen and dining area. From here you can access the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and enjoy the breathtaking sea view. There are two bedrooms available, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
