The 640m2 Villa Rossa with an indoor area of 180m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in three modern style bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of the villa, while the other two are on the 1st floor and share a 30m2 balcony with a breath-taking sea view. All bedrooms are furnished with a TV and an A/C system, while two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, guests will have another bathroom with a shower at their disposal, as well as two separate toilettes and a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The ground floor of Villa Rossa consists of an open space, where a kitchen, a dining area and a lounging area are located. The fully equipped kitchen possesses everything that our guests might need for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area, where six people can be seated at comfortably. The lounging area, decorated in black, blue and golden tones, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, where 2 guests can sleep, satellite TV, a DVD and a PlayStation 3, making the lounging area a perfect entertainment space for the whole family. Huge sliding doors from the dining area lead to the meticulously landscaped courtyard of Villa Rossa with lush Dalmatian vegetation. The main feature of the courtyard is without a doubt the 32m2 large heated swimming pool with lounging-chairs and parasols, creating the perfect ambience for a relaxing day by the pool. While you are swimming in the pool, you will have a gorgeous view of the Adriatic Sea in front of you. Those who want to have a wellness-like experience might enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi, which has a view of the pool and the sea. Additionally, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying a nice grilled meal uring hot summer nights.

Villa Rossa Surroundings

The island of Pašman can be reached by a ferry from Zadar, which goes to Preko, which is on the island of Ugljan. Once there, you have to take the state road D110 and cross the bridge between Ugljan and Pašman, which will lead you to Ždrelac. Once there, you will be able to enjoy the four beautiful beaches that will meet all your expectation, as well as a beautiful view from the bridge. What is more, Ždrelac offers countless opportunities for running and cycling, various sea activities and a rich gastronomic offer with organically grown food. Visiting the old stone centre of Ždrelac will depict the autochthonous stone construction of the island of Pašman. You might want to take a ferry to Biograd na Moru, where you can visit the aquatic park “Fun Park Biograd” or pay a visit to the island Galešnjak, also called “Lover’s Island”, because of its rare naturally occurring heart shape. While renting Villa Rossa, it would be a same not to visit the two surrounding national parks – National Park Kornati, which is also known as the “nautical paradise”; and National Park Krka, where you will be able to dive into the water and be surrounded by majestic waterfalls.
