The 300m² living space of Villa Ivana is arranged over several floors. On the ground floor, you will find a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. In addition, you have access to a terrace on this floor. On the upper floor of the villa, there is a large main living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes during your holiday and then enjoy them together at the dining table. On this floor is another bedroom with an inviting double bed. In addition, you can enjoy your morning coffee and the refreshing island air on the terrace and loggia. On the intermediate floor is the third bedroom with its own balcony, which reveals to you a relaxing view of the Mediterranean surroundings. The fourth bedroom, also with its own balcony that guarantees absolute privacy, is located on the upper floor of the villa. Here you will find another kitchen and a bathroom equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday. Two of the bedrooms have another extra bed in addition to the double bed, while the third one has a bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has a single and an extra bed in addition to the double bed. So there is enough space for up to 14 guests in the air-conditioned Villa Ivana. For the sporty guests, there is a fitness area in the basement where you have the opportunity to stay fit during your holiday.
