The 5000 m2 Villa Furešta with an indoor area of 181 m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in three beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds (180 x 210). The bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system, a TV, a safe and a desk working space and have access to their own bathroom with a shower and other bathroom essentials. Furthermore, all bedrooms have access to a private balcony with garden furniture from which one can enjoy the view of the lush nature of the Pašman Island and the gorgeous Adriatic Sea. In addition to the three private bathrooms, Villa Furešta has a separate guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine. The ground floor of Villa Furešta consists of a spacious open space where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are located at. The modern kitchen is fully equipped so that guests can show off their amazing culinary skills. In the wine fridge, guests will find the perfect wine which will complement each dish they prepare. Next to the kitchen is the modern dining area for 8 guests where guests can socialize over a delicious meal. Especially charming is the window bench which gives the otherwise modern space a touch of coziness. The stylish living room is furnished with a large comfortable L-shaped couch which is extendable so that two guests can sleep there and on which guests can relax while enjoying all the programs the flat-screen Smart/Sat TV has to offer. Regarding the entertainment options of Villa Furešta, there is a reading room with more than 70 book titles on various languages, as well as a PlayStation 4. Two pets (< 10kg) can enjoy a stay at the villa free of charge.

The courtyard of Villa Furešta is a green and blue paradise whose whole purpose it to create the most relaxing holiday experience. Therefore, dive into the beautiful 32 m2 swimming pool which has a built-in massage bench for four people and a counter-current system so that those who enjoy doing water aerobics can do so with ease. What is more, the swimming pool has a system for water electrolysis making it safe for small children and people who have skin problems. Surrounding the pool are two roofed terraces one of which is furnished with dining furniture for those who like eating on fresh air, while the other has a lounge area where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Furthermore, guests can relax in the uniquely designed sauna for a wellness-like experience or play a game of table tennis, while the children are playing on the playground. The courtyard of Villa Furešta features a stone barbecue grill and a pizza oven. The entire property of Villa Furešta is completely enclosed giving its guests absolute privacy. Guests arriving by car will have four private parking spaces at their disposal.

Pašman is part of the Zadar archipelago separated from Zadar and Biograd na Moru with the Pašman Channel which abounds in beautiful tiny islets. Kraj, the village where Villa Furešta is situated, is located on the southeast part of the islands and is known as being the harmonious place of greenery and sea. The lush vegetation consists of gorgeous olive groves, vineyards and forests. Pašman was blessed with two sandy beaches – Tratica and Dužica – which is a true rarity in Croatia. Furthermore, there are a variety of activities one can engage in such as bicycling, hiking and various water sport activities. In the vicinity of Pašman island in the Pašman Channel, there is a very special islet called Galešnjak which is known for being it island of love due to its naturally occurring heart shape. Many people come to Galešnjak to get married, renew their vows, enjoy their honeymoon on simply celebrate love. Pašman is connected to the island of Ugljan with a bridge, while the mainland can be access by the frequently riding ferries.
