The gorgeous Villa Jerini Estate consists of two stone villas located in the small village of Bajcici on the island of Krk. The larger property was used as the main house, while the smaller stone villa was originally used as a stable. Both properties are over 200 years old and carry a rich family heritage of the Jerini family. Villa Jerini Estate was completely renovated into the perfect holiday spot with the owners paying special attention to every detail, most of all to the intimacy of the guests.

The interior of Villa Jerini Estate is 370m2 large and consists of two separate units - the main house and the former stable. The highlight of the entire Jerini Estate is a wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and a sitting area overlooking the 50m2 private heated swimming pool. The main house consists of a traditional tavern with a fireplace, a wine bar, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a completely equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The former stable of Villa Jerini Estate is just a couple of steps away from the main house and the two units together create the perfect holiday spot for large groups of friends and family. In addition to the kitchen, living room, and dining area, it consists also of 2 triple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, suitable for six guests. The entire interior of Villa Jerini Estate is airconditioned and has floor heating for the maximum comfort of our guests.

The glass doors from the wellness area in the main house of Villa Jerini Estate lead into the 1800 m2 courtyard. The center of the outdoor area is a beautiful 50m2 large heated swimming pool with a waterfall surrounded by sunbeds. The smaller stone villa has an 800m2 courtyard with an additional swimming pool and hot tub. The guests can also use the garden with fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs for the preparation of delicious meals. The property of Villa Jerini Estate is completely enclosed with a 110cm high fence and assures our guests' absolute privacy during their stay. There are four parking spaces at the guest's disposal, as well as bicycles free of charge.
