On a generous surface of 341 m2, the villa can accommodate 6 people.  On the ground floor of Villa Stella, guests can indulge in the serenity of a private sauna, maintain their fitness routine in the well-equipped gym, and conveniently handle laundry in the laundry room. The first floor boasts 3 tastefully appointed bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable double beds, while one bedroom has two single beds. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a TV, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This floor further provides two en suite bathrooms for added privacy, along with one shared bathroom, each thoughtfully equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. On the second floor, the guests will find a beautiful light living room with a comfortable couch, a Smart TV, and a mesmerizing view of the sea and mountains. Next to the living room is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining area where guests can enjoy their delicious meals. The guests may choose between the dining area inside and the covered terrace where they can embrace the beautiful view.
