The beautiful Villa Rasotica is for all those who want to experience a luxurious vacation in Croatia in a unique ambience which exudes elegance and fine taste. The villa is located at the elite western part of the idyllic town of Sumartin on the Island Brac and is only 220 m away from the sea.

Villa Rasotica Interior

The 180 m2 Villa Rasotica with an indoor area of 160 m2 offers accommodation to eight guests in three beautiful bedrooms, each of which is air-conditioned. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor of Villa Rasotica so that they have access to the beautiful courtyard with a private swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (190 x 210; 16 x 202), while the third bedroom has two double beds (190 x 200) separated by a wall which has an archway. One of the bedrooms also has a jacuzzi tub. On the ground floor of Villa Rasotica, guests will also find a fully equipped bathroom as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Another bathroom and a separate toilette can be found on the 1st floor of Villa Rasotica together with the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils guests will need for preparing tasty meals. The grand dining area is furnished with a large dark wooden table where eight people can be comfortably seated at, while the entire space gives off an atmosphere of aristocracy with its carefully selected Renaissance artwork. Going through the large semicircular archways from the dining area, guests enter the elegant living room furnished with classical furniture pieces and a fireplace which beautifully tie in the ambience of Villa Rasotica. While the living room retained its classical charm, it offers some modern gadgets such as a satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, Hi-Fi and a home cinema. The entertainment offer of Villa Rasotica consists of table tennis and table football.

The gorgeous courtyard of Villa Rasotica is dominated by the 50 m2 swimming pool surrounded by tall palm trees and lounging chairs, creating a perfect Mediterranean oasis for relaxation. Next to the pool is the roofed terrace where guests will find a summer kitchen with a barbecue where delicious grilled dishes can be prepared and enjoyed in the outdoor dining area from which guests will have a beautiful view of the pool as well as of the meticulously landscaped lawns. The entire property of Villa Rasotica is fenced by a wall giving its guests complete privacy. Guests arriving by car will have 2 parking spaces at their disposal.

Villa Rasotica Surroundings

The island of Brač is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia which attracts numerous visitors who want to experience all the beauties of this gorgeous island. The most popular sight of the Island Brač is by far the amazing Zlatni Rat Beach that is often cited as one of the most desirable beaches of Europe. In addition to having extremely clean turquoise sea and pearly white pebbles, the beach is peculiar due to its characteristic horn-like shape which moves left and right depending on the winds and sea currents. Furthermore, Island Brač is known as the tallest island of Croatia since it has the highest peak of any Croatian island. The peak is named Vidova Gora and is situated 780 m above sea level. While reaching the top of Vidova Gora requires some stamina, the view of Dalmatia with its beautiful sea and numerous islands make the effort more than worthwhile. Island Brač is extremely well connected with the mainland and with the nearby islands by ferries, which is why we recommend going on a one-day excursion to the historic city of Split, as well as to the islands of Hvar, Vis and Solta.
