The 538 m2 Villa Makarac with an indoor area of 240 m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in four stylish bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of Villa Makarac. That bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200), an A/C system and has access to a private bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the villa which is accessed by an elegant indoor staircase. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), while the third one has two single beds (90 x 200) which can be connected if needed. All three bedrooms, like the one on the ground floor, are air-conditioned and have access to a private bathroom with a shower. Additionally, a folding bed for 1 person can be provided for an additional guest. In addition to the four en-suite bathrooms, there is a guest toilet with a washing machine. The charming kitchen with oriental tiles is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils guests will need for cooking delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the chic dining area with a large wooden table where 8 people can be sat at. Next to the dining room is the modern living room which is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped leather couch and satellite TV. The perfect entertainment space for the whole family can be found in the basement of Villa Makarac which features a playroom with a bunch of toys and table tennis.

The beautiful courtyard of Villa Makarac features a beautiful 25 m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols were guests can lounge at during hot summer days. For the maximum comfort guests, there is an outdoor shower. Next to the swimming pool is a gorgeous roofed terrace with outdoor dining furniture where guests can enjoy their meals previously prepared on the BBQ. The entire property of Villa Makarac is fully fenced giving its guests complete privacy during their stay. Guests arriving by car will have 4 parking spaces at their disposal.
