Due to the large windows that separate the living room from the spacious terrace, this entire room is filled with light, which creates a warm and pleasant vibe. Villa Kadena is the perfect choice not only for summer vacations but also for winter vacations, thanks to the fireplace in the living room. Small stairs lead you from the living room to a small hallway that connects the bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed and is equipped with a SMART TV, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Also, two more people can sleep on the couch in the living room, which can be extended into a double bed. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and all toiletries such as towels, a hair dryer, etc. Another external stairs lead you to the second floor of Villa Kadena. Entering the second floor of Villa Kadena, you will find yourself in a small hallway that connects two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the first room, there are two single beds, while the second bedroom has a large double bed and is equipped with a SMART TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, just like the bedrooms on the first floor. Between the bedrooms is a fully equipped bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. Small stairs lead you from the hallway to a large open-space kitchen with a dining room for 6 people and a living room with a large comfortable couch and SMART TV. On the first floor, the living room is connected to a large balcony with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.
