The 440 m2 Villa Casa Blanca with an indoor area of 340 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 12 guests in six luxuriously decorated bedrooms. Villa Casa Blanca consists of three units: the high ground level, the east wing, and the west wing. Guests enter the villa from the main terrace on the high ground floor and are met with an elegantly decorated hallway. The hallway leads into the open-plan space of Villa Casa Blanca where guests will find the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils and features a sleek breakfast bar so that there is enough space for guests to engage in culinary endeavors if they wish to do so. Next to the kitchen is the grand dining area for 12 people where the whole family can gather to a delicious meal. In the cozy living room, guests can relax with a movie or socialize with their loved ones. In addition to the formal living room, the high ground floor of Villa Casa Blanca also features a beautiful media room with a large comfortable L-shaped couch and a Smart-TV. On this floor of the villa, guests will find two beautiful bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed and a TV and which have access to a private bathroom with a shower. The west wing of Villa Casa Blanca features two bedrooms and a terrace. The first bedroom is extremely spacious and equipped with a doble bed, a TV, a make-up table and a wardrobe. Furthermore, the bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, as well as an exit to a terrace with a gorgeous view of the Adriatic Sea. In addition to being furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom in the west wing of Villa Casa Blanca also features a lounge area with a sofa bed on which two guests can sleep and a TV. This bedroom, just like the other bedroom in this wing of the villa, has access to a private bathroom with a shower and an exit to a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. The two bedrooms are separated by a mini kitchen. The east wing of Villa Casa Blanca can be regarded as an apartment. This wing features a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area for four people and an elegant living room with an L-shaped sofa and a TV. Furthermore, the east wing consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and a TV, and the other with two single beds, which can be put together if needed, and a TV. Both bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms.

Villa Casa Blanca Exterior

The outdoor area of Villa Casa Blanca consists of a 100 m2 large terrace where guests will be able to dive into the gorgeous 40 m2 infinity swimming pool with a view of the sea. The private swimming pool is heated which makes Villa Casa Blanca the perfect choice even in the preseason in spring and the postseason in fall. Surrounding the private pool area comfortable lounging chairs ideal for catching a tan. Those who want to enjoy dishes prepared on the outdoor grill in the beautiful Croatian weather can do so in the outdoor dining area of Villa Casa Blanca. Guests will have access to two boat moorings and 6 bicycles which are the perfect vehicle for exploring the surrounding area. Guests who arrive by car will be able to safely park their vehicle in the garage of the villa. The entire property of Villa Casa Blanca is enclosed so that guests have their full privacy.

Villa Casa Blanca Surroundings

The luxurious Villa Casa Blanca is located in the gorgeous Dalmatian village called Selca on the island of Brac which is the best holiday destination to experience the Dalmatian island life. Selca is characterized by beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea and many gorgeous nature sights with cycling and hiking trails. Furthermore, Selca is ideal for exploring the entirety of the island of Brac as it is in the vicinity of other major places on the island such as Sumartin (1,5 km) and Povlja (8 km). Island Brac is probably best known for its gorgeous Golden Horn Beach whose horn shape moves left and right depending on the wind and sea currents. What is more, Brac is considered the tallest island of Croatia with its peak called Vidova gora (780 m) which offers a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. Once you have explored the island of Brac, hop on a ferry and visit the nearby islands of Hvar, Vis and Solta, as well as the historic city of Split where the famous Diocletian´s Palace is located at, which was made of the same material as Villa Casa Blanca.
