Villa Bonaca is a beautiful stone villa made in a traditional Dalmatian style ideal for those looking to spend their vacation in an authentic ambience while still enjoying a touch of luxury and the breathtaking view of the sea. Villa Bonaca is situated in Sumartin, a port village on the gorgeous island of Brač.

Villa Bonaca Interior

The 500 m2 Villa Bonaca with an indoor area of 100 m2 offers accommodation to 6 guests in three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (160 x 190), while the third bedroom has two single beds (80 x 190). In addition to the three bedrooms, Villa Bonaca features two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a separate guest toilet. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine and guests will have an iron and an iron board at their disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils guests will need for cooking up a storm, while the whole family can socialize over the delicious meals in the modern dining area for six people. The living room is furnished with a sofa as well as satellite TV, creating in this way the perfect entertainment and relaxation space.

The courtyard of Villa Bonaca is a green paradise blessed by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The main attraction of the courtyard is the gorgeous 24 m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs from which one has a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. For the maximum comfort of guests of Villa Bonaca there is an outdoor shower right next to the pool. Furthermore, there is a stone barbecue grill right next to the outdoor dining area for our guests who enjoy dining on fresh air. The entire property of Villa Bonaca is fenced. Guests arriving by car will have 2 private parking spots at their disposal.
