The 500 m2 Villa Pomalo with an indoor area of 200 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 12 guests in 5 gorgeous air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, two with a double bed and two with a double bed and a single bed each. Furthermore, four bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, dining area and living room are located in a large open-plan room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils so that guests can cook their favorite dishes with ease. The beautiful living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace for extra coziness and a flat-screen satellite TV, creating the ideal entertainment area for the whole family.

The courtyard of Villa Pomalo offers a spectacular panorama view of the Adriatic Sea which is especially gorgeous to look at from the 28 m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs. The village of Maslenica is one of the three villages which are part of the Jesenice settlement in the Zadar county. The village is named after its hundred-years-old olive groves which create the perfect Mediterranean ambience together with the blue hue of the Novigrad Sea, the emerald green shades of the Zrmanja river and the gorgeous Velebit mountain. Villa Pomalo is only 300 m away from the beach while the town center with numerous cafés, restaurants and other amenities are 2 km away from the property. Though peaceful, Maslenica offers quite a few exciting activities such as bungee jumping from the Old Maslenica Bridge, exploring the mysterious Modric cave, discovering the wonders of the underwater world by diving and going on a hike to the Nature Park Velebit and National Park Paklenica.
