Villa MiA Interior

The 300m2 Villa MiA with an indoor area of 105m2 consists of three charmingly decorated bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. With a sofa bed in the living room, Villa MiA is ideal for eight guests. In addition to the three bedrooms, guests will have two bathrooms and one separate toilette at their disposal. One of the bathrooms is furnished with a bathtub, while the other one has a shower. In the bathrooms, guests will find all bathroom necessities they might need such as towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, etc. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils one might need for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be tasted in the rustic dining room a table and two wooden benches, providing enough space for large gatherings. The wooden kitchen/dining room with a stone accent wall recreates the authentic Dalmatian style, which is encountered rarely today, making Villa MiA a true one-of-a-kind experience. The living room follows the rustic theme of the villa with slightly more modern touches. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV and a fireplace, making the space extra cozy for some quality family time. Villa MiA Exterior

The courtyard of Villa MiA is completely fenced, so that guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay at the villa. The main attraction of the courtyard is without a doubt the 28m2 swimming pool on a stone terrace surrounded by lounging-chairs and parasols, perfect for soaking up the sun rays. Furthermore, there is a BBQ area with an outdoor seating area, where guests of Villa MiA will be able to enjoy grilled dished on fresh air.

Debeljak is a small Dalmatian village in the vicinity of Zadar, which offers you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, and explore the lush Mediterranean nature. A 20-minute car ride will lead you to the region´s center Zadar which abounds with museums, cultural and historic monuments, restaurants with traditional Dalmatian cuisine, and clubs for a fun nightlife. From Zadar you can go one a one-day trip to the surrounding islands, where you will be able to see the beautiful National Park Kornati, the gorgeous sandy beach Sakarun on Dugi Otok, or enjoy the breath-taking Nature Park Telašćica. If you prefer activities on land, we recommend visiting Velebit, where you can go on organized hiking and climbing tours and pay a visit to the natural cave Modric Cave, which will be a truly unique experience.
