The 1400 m2 Villa Maluja with an indoor area of 370 m2 can accommodate up to 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed while the other two have two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system and a TV. Four of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of Villa Maluja together with two bathrooms and two beautiful roofed terraces. The ground floor of Villa Maluja consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, connected to a lovely dining area for 8 people. Next to the dining area is the bright living room furnished with a comfortable couch, satellite TV, a fireplace and Hi-Fi. Additionally, guests will find a bedroom, two bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer on the same level of Villa Maluja. Next to the main building is an annex which functions as a tavern with a kitchen, a barbecue and a dining area for 8 people. Spiral stairs from the tavern lead into the basement which functions as the entertainment area of Villa Maluja as it features a seating area with a TV and a gaming console, a bar, a billiard table and football table. Guests who want to follow their training regime even during their vacation in Croatia are welcomed to do so in the private gym of Villa Maluja. Pets are welcomed in the villa for extra charge.

In the courtyard of Villa Maluja, guests will find a spectacular 36 m2 heated swimming pool with a counter-current and hydromassage system. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers from which guests will have a gorgeous view of the Adriatic Sea which is especially magical during sunset hours. The view can also be enjoyed from the Jacuzzi or the outdoor dining area right next to the pool. Our youngest guests are also guaranteed a fun time at the villa due to the villa’s playground on the property which is fully fenced and provides absolute privacy. Villa Maluja provides one garage parking space and six private parking spaces on its premise.

In addition to providing peace and quiet, Debeljak is a great starting point to explore the entire Zadar region which has a lot to offer.
