Villa Lotus Interior

The 500 m2 Villa Lotus with an indoor area of 290 m2 stretches over three floors and has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests. The ground floor of Villa Lotus is a fitness/gaming area where guests can have fun and keep in shape during their holiday in Croatia. Here, guests will find a treadmill, a massage chair, a small kitchen perfect for preparing midnight snacks, a toilet and a sauna for fully relaxation. The 1st floor of Villa Lotus consists of the main kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliance needed for preparing delicious meals, a dining area where the entire family can gather and a living room, which is furnished with a comfortable couch and a TV. The three bedrooms of Villa Lotus are located on the 2nd floor of the villa. All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), a TV and an A/C system. Furthermore, the master bedroom has access to a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom with a shower. Two extra beds can be placed in any room in the villa if needed. Pets are also welcomed to enjoy a stay at the villa.

The outdoor area of Villa Lotus features a gorgeous 15 m2 heated swimming pool which can be used from the preseason in April all the way to the postseason in September. Furthermore, there is a Jacuzzi in which guests can enjoy a glass of top-class Dalmatian wine, as well as a private beach right in front of the property. For our gourmand guests, there is a beautiful barbecue area with a beautiful seating area, a large outdoor dining area with a long table and two wooden benches and, of course, a stone barbecue grill. For entertainment, there is a kayak and surfboards provided free of charge and the possibility of renting a jet-ski.

Posedarje is a gorgeous village situated on the coast of the Novigrad Sea, some 25 km away from the historic city of Zadar. Posedarje offers a variety of fun activities visitors can do during their luxurious holiday in Croatia. Sport enthusiasts can explore the many hiking and cycling trails all throughout the village, go on a safari journey to mountain Velebit with a jeep or go canoeing on the River Zrmanja. Those who want to explore the nature in a tamer way can go on a day trip to one of the three nearby national parks (NP Kornati, NP Krka Waterfalls, NP Paklenica) while those interested in learning about the Croatian culture are advised to pay a visit to the historic city of Zadar.
