The living area of the Villa Grandfather’s House occupies 180m2 of space. The Villa can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, so that guests can take advantage of it and cook delicious meals for their loved ones. Dinner parties can be hosted in the dining room, where six people can be comfortably sat at the dining table. The chic living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV and has a beautiful view of the vineyard and the olive grove. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, as well as another bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, as well as a dining area for four and a living room, making Villa Grandfather’s House an ideal choice for a joint family vacation, where both families want to have their own privacy. The Villa’s interior is a blend of modern and traditional style, which reflects its owners’ desire to preserve the elements of their grandfather’s heritage. The entire property is air-conditioned and has access to WLAN. The 4000 m2 large outdoor area of Villa Grandfather’s House features a 32m2 large swimming pool on a wooden deck, surrounded by four sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and an outdoor dining area for 10 people, where you can prepare freshly grilled meals for your family and friends. Additionally, as a true family-friendly villa, Villa Grandfather’s House has a lovely children’s playground, so that our youngest guests will have their best time during their vacation in Croatia.

Still, the Villa’s location offers an opportunity to engage in an active vacation as well – Croatia’s largest lake with numerous trekking trails, Lake Vrana, and the National Park Krka are only 30 kilometers away. The city of Šibenik, rich with historical and cultural heritage, is 25 kilometers away as is the beautiful island of Murter, with numerous mesmerizing beaches. The island of Murter is also an ideal starting point for all those wishing to explore Kornati National Park, a spectacular archipelago that includes 109 mostly uninhabited islands. For those interested in the clubbing scene, the city Vodice is just 20 kilometers away, where you will find some of the most renowned clubs in the area.
