Villa Đelozija is a rustic villa situate in a small coastal village in central Dalmatia called Sukošan.

The 125m2 indoor area of Villa Đelozija offers accommodation to seven guests in two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and one single bed. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, while guests of Villa Đelozija will have one more separate toilette at their disposal. The bathrooms are equipped with all bathroom necessities such as towels, an iron, a hair dryer, etc. The open space of Villa Đelozija with wood beam ceiling features a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with every kitchen appliance and utensil guests might need for cooking delicious dishes, which can be enjoyed in the modern dining room, where 6 guests can be seated at. The bright living room with a view of the pool is furnished with a sofa bed, where 2 guests can sleep, as well as with satellite and cable TV, creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family. Huge sliding doors from the living room lead into the beautiful 100m2 large courtyard of Villa Đelozija. The central part of the courtyard is adorned with a stunning 32m2 swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, where our guests can take a dip and refresh themselves during hot summer days. There is also an outdoor shower for maximum convenience. Furthermore, there is a lounge and dining area with a barbecue, which are ideal for eating on fresh air. The stone walls of villa Đelozija decorate the villa perfectly and through them the villa gets a typical Dalmatian style. Here, guests can get ready for an experience of Dalmatian idyll. During their stay, guests will have complete privacy, since the entire property of Villa Đelozija is completely fenced. Guests who arrive by car will have access to a private parking space.

Villa Đelozija is conveniently located near the center of Sukošan, only 70m away form the nearest beach. The region’s center, Zadar, is only 7km away from Sukošan and definitely worth visiting.
