A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen are located in the right-wing of the villa and have direct access to a private terrace with a swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The villa in Debeljak is quiet and sheltered, about 10 min from Sukošan or 20 min from Zadar. A car is highly recommended (there are bus connections, but we did not use them). The house is very close to a small supermarket (100m). There is a cozy well-attended bar in the village center (no noise pollution). Many smaller pebble beaches are easily accessible in the area (e.g. Bibinje, Sukošan, Biograd, Nin, Petrčane). In the high season these are very well visited. In Biograd there is a nice fun park, which was great pleasure for us. There are numerous good restaurants in the area. There is nothing lacking in the villa. The kitchen is almost perfectly equipped. There is a great big grill with outdoor kitchen. The furnishings were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. There are a total of 4 bathrooms with shower/toilet, which is an advantage for full occupancy. The bedrooms are separate from the kitchen and living room areas (separate entrances) which we found very useful. The pool (about 9x4 meters) was great. We had a lot of fun every day. It was cleaned almost daily early in the morning without us noticing. There is a parking space for two to three cars inside the property. Top maintained villa with garden and pool. Impeccable cleanliness of all rooms and facilities. Excellent and very cordial care by Danijel and Ankica.All questions were answered within seconds. They supported us with suggestions for leisure activities (boat rentals, restaurants, etc.).Delicious organic vegetables can be obtained from the neighbors if desired. If you want, Danijel also helps with the barbecue and prepares, for example, wonderful fish or tasty meat (a very special experience for the whole family). We can highly recommend the villa without any restrictions. Wonderfully relaxing vacations are guaranteed.
