Guests also have at their disposal a gorgeous bathroom with a bathtub - where they can prepare their favourite relaxation baths. The modern kitchen, dining room and living room are located in a gorgeous open-plan space. The elegant kitchen is completely equipped with high quality appliances and is ready for the preparation of various dishes. Serve your culinary talents on the dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The divine living room features a comfortable sofa, an exquisitely modern fireplace and a smart TV. Those looking for an active holiday will find a gym and a shower cabin on the ground floor of this beautiful villa. If you need a washing machine, you can find it in a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The courtyard of Villa Capan is a veritable oasis of luxury spreading over 700 m2. The outdoor area is decorated with a private swimming pool of 32 m2 surrounded by 6 wooden loungers. Large parasols provide enough shade. Beside the external shower there is a stone barbecue where guests can prepare fresh specialties while enjoying the view of the pool and surrounding area. The outdoor terrace features lovely garden furniture, which is great for having a drink in the morning while admiring the beauty of the nearby olive trees. The top floor offers an outside terrace from where guests will have the opportunity to watch the captivating sunsets and the crystal-clear sea.
