Villa Župa Interior

The 867 m2 Villa Župa with an indoor area of 237 m2 offers accommodation to 6 +2 guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200) is located on the ground floor of the villa, while the other bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) can be found on the 1st floor. The third bedroom on the 1st floor is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200) which can be put together to create a double bed, if needed. All the bedrooms have access to their own bathroom with a shower. In addition to the private bathrooms, guests will have a guest bathroom with a shower at their disposal. The kitchen in the main building of Villa Župa is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils guests will need to prepare delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the dining area where 6 people can be seated at. The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa and satellite TV creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family. In addition to the main building of Villa Župa, there is another smaller building where a fully functioning summer kitchen is located, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower.

The courtyard of Villa Župa is absolutely breathtaking as one can see the slopes of mountain Biokovo all around the property. Therefore, it is quite the unique experience to dive into the gorgeous 25 m2 swimming pool while being surrounded by the beautiful mountainous nature. Guests will be able to relax on one of the lounging chairs or on the hammock, while those who wish to show off their culinary expertise can prepare grilled dishes on the barbecue and enjoy them in the roofed outdoor dining area. As for the entertainment options of Villa Župa, guests will be able to challenge each other to a game of table tennis or go explore the beautiful surroundings by bicycle. Guests arriving by car will have private parking spots at their disposal.

Župa is an idyllic village which is anciently known as the cultural and religious center of Zabiokovlje. Surrounded by the Biokovo mountain, Župa offers the opportunity of staying in the largely unspoiled and untouched nature where the air is extra crisp. Furthermore, Biokovo is a nature park which recently opened one of the biggest tourist attractions in Croatia – the Skywalk Biokovo – a viewpoint on the Biokovo maountain made of glass in the shape of a hoof from which one has an enchanting view of entire Dalmatia in front and of the abyss under their feet. Furthermore, Župa is only 30 km away from Makarska whose riviera is considered to have the most beautiful beaches in all of Croatia, and 50 km away from Međugorje which is a place of Catholic pilgrimage since Virgin Mary allegedly appeared there. However, keep in mind that Međugorje is in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which means you will need your passport to cross the border.
