The 500 m2 Villa Skalinada with an indoor area of 290 m2 can accommodate 8 guests in five bright and airy air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (140 x 190), is located on the ground floor of Villa Skalinada, while the other four can be found on the 1st floor of the villa. One of the bedrooms of the 1st floor is the master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190) and a safe and which has access to a private bathroom with a shower and a balcony from which guests will be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. The third bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (140 x 190), while the final two bedrooms have a single bed in each. All the bedrooms on the first floor have an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, guests will also find another bathroom with a bathtub on the 1st floor of Villa Skalinada and another guest toilette with a washing machine on the ground floor of the villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils needed for cooking delicious meals and has a lot of counter space which makes cooking a child’s play. The cozy dining area where six people can be comfortably seated at is right next to the kitchen. The spacious living room is furnished with two gorgeous floral couches and satellite TV which make the living room the perfect space to relax with a movie. During winter, the area becomes extra cozy due to the indoor fireplace. Guests who would like to stay in shape can follow their training plan in the indoor gym.

The courtyard of Villa Skalinada is a green paradise made for relaxation. The main feature is without a doubt the beautiful 24 m2 swimming pool surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean greenery, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. Surrounding the pool are sunbed where guests can fully relax and bask in the sunshine. Next to the pool is a roofed terrace with an outdoor dining area for six people and an electric barbecue. For our youngest guests, there is a children playground on the property. The entire property of Villa Skalinada is fenced so that guests can retain their privacy. Guests will have two parking spaces only 100 m from the property at their disposal.
