The 500 m2 Villa Royal 2 with an indoor area of 200 m2 consists of two fully-functioning apartments on each floor where 8 guests can be accommodated. Each floor of Villa Royal 2 features 2 gorgeous air-conditioned bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200) and a TV. Furthermore, each of the four bedrooms has access to a private bathroom with a shower. The two kitchens, which are found on each floor of the villa, are equipped with everything guests will need when cooking for their loved ones who can socialize over the delicious meal in one of the two modern dining areas, one for six people and the other for four. The two elegant living rooms are furnished with a satellite TV and a sofa bed so that two more guests can reside in the Villa Royal 2. From the living room on the 1st floor of the villa guests can access the lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. A washing machine can be found in a laundry room on the ground floor of the villa. Pets can stay in the Villa Royal 2 upon prior request and at extra charge.

The courtyard of Villa Royal 2 is accessible from the living room on the ground floor of the villa. The courtyard offers guests full privacy as it is fully enclosed by a fence. The central feature of the courtyard of Villa Royal 2 is the gorgeous 30 m2 swimming pool for private use in which guests can cool off during hot summer days or simply lounge by the pool on one of the sunbeds. Guests who wish to dine outdoors will have an outdoor dining area with a grill at their disposal. Villa Royal 2 offers four private parking spaces to its guests.
