The 500 m2 Villa Royal 1 with an indoor area of 200 m2 offers accommodation to 8 persons in three beautiful bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of Villa Royal 1 and that bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a TV and an A/C system. Furthermore, that bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower attached to it. The other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of Villa Royal 1 and are each furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and a TV. Just like the bedroom on the ground floor, both bedrooms on the 1st floor of the villa have access to a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, the master bedroom has a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Adriatic Sea. The ground floor of Villa Royal 1 consists of a beautiful fully equipped kitchen where guests can endeavor in culinary journeys. The rest of the family/group of friends can gather in the elegant dining area where eight people can be seated in order to taste the delicious meals. Right next to the dining area is the sophisticated living room which is furnished with an extremely comfortable couch, Sat-TV and a fireplace which gives this entire area of the villa a bit of extra coziness, especially in the preseason and postseason. Pets are allowed in the Villa Royal 1 upon prior request and at extra charge.

The courtyard of Villa Royal 1 is accessed from the living room by glass sliding doors. The courtyard features a magnificent 40 m2 infinity swimming pool which overlooks Podstrana and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. Next to the private swimming pool is the outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy dishes prepared on the grill on fresh air. There is a parking place for four cars available on the property of Villa Royal 1.
