The 800 m2 three-story Villa Prestige with an indoor area of 450 m2 offers accommodation to 10 guests plus 2 small children in 5 beautiful bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), an A/C system and a TV and have access to a private bathroom with all bathroom necessities guests might need. Four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of Villa Prestige and have access to a balcony/terrace with a sea view, while the fifth bedroom can be found on the ground floor. The en-suite suite bathroom of the fifth bedroom consists of a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet nearby. In addition to having a bedroom, the ground floor of Villa Prestige features a fully equipped rustic kitchen and dining room that follows the rustic aesthetic creating a traditional Dalmatian atmosphere. Sliding doors from the dining room lead onto the roofed terrace perfect for enjoying a cup of steaming hot morning coffee. The main entrance of Villa Prestige leads onto the 1st floor which consists of a large open space with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a chic living room area. Next to the kitchen is the grand dining area for 10 guests with a gorgeous crystal chandelier and a magnificent view of the sea. The living room is furnished with an extremely large and very comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV with satellite programs. Next to the swimming pool is the barbecue area with an outdoor dining area for guests who prefer dining al fresco. For our youngest guests, there is a playground with swings on the property.
