Here you will also find the living room with home cinema and billiards. A kitchen is also available in this area. As you can see, the basement is ideal for the whole group to get together and entertain. The ground floor of the villa features a large living room which is set up in an open plan space together with the kitchen and dining area. Thanks to large balcony doors, this area is very rich in natural light. Bright, elegant furniture in combination with the wooden floor create a comfortable atmosphere. The elegant ambience is further decorated with a fireplace in the living room. On the ground floor, guests have a guest toilet at their disposal. An elegant staircase takes you to the first floor of the villa. Here are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and allow access to the balcony with a beautiful view. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a bathroom in which the sauna is located. The highlight of the master bedroom is definitely the walk-in wardrobe.

The beautiful outdoor area of ​​Villa Paradise is dominated by a 32m2 heated pool filled with salt water. Right next to the pool, there is also a jacuzzi on a covered terrace with seating. A cozy lounge area in front of the pool is at your disposal, which is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Of course, this lounge area is also ideal for a glass of wine in the evening. A barbecue is also available for preparing delicious meals. In addition, the outdoor area is completely fenced and you are guaranteed a parking space.
