This villa spreads over 2 floors and has a total living area of 180 m2, which offers accommodation for 8 to 10 people. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find 2 out of a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is also a comfortable living room with a comfortable sofa, a large SMART TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. From the living room and bedroom, guests have access to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautiful sea-view. On the first floor of Villa Mendula, you will find a similar arrangement of rooms as on the ground floor. Accordingly, there are the remaining 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as a living room with 2 sofas and a SMART TV. Just as on the ground floor, there is a covered terrace, which you can access from the living room and bedrooms. With additional facilities such as PlayStation 4 and darts entertainment is guaranteed at Villa Mendula Trogir.
