Villa BiancoMar Interior

The 380 m2 Villa BiancoMar with an indoor area of 200 m2 can accommodate 8 adult guests (and 2 children up to 12 years old, on inquiry) in four bright and airy bedrooms which are located on the 1st floor of the villa. The four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (200 x 200), an A/C system and a TV and all four have access to their own bathroom with a shower. Three additional beds can be arranged in three of the bedrooms. In the bathrooms, guests will find all bathroom essentials such as towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. In addition to the four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms, the 1st floor of Villa BiancoMar features a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The ground floor of Villa BiancoMar consists of two guest toilets and a spacious open-plan space with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. A special feature of this area of the villa is the glass wall which offers a view of the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool from anywhere in the room. Guests who enjoy cooking will have a fully equipped modern kitchen at their disposal. Next to the kitchen is the charming dining area for eight people so that the whole family can gather to a delicious meal. The beautiful living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV so that the guests can relax with a movie while enjoy the spectacular views all around them. The price of the villa also includes daily cleaning and assistance in preparing breakfast (from 8 am to 12 pm). 

Villa BiancoMar Exterior

The outdoor area of Villa BiancoMar is a paradise where the blues of the swimming pool and the greens of the surrounding vegetation come together to create a beautiful ambience ideal for relaxation. The special feature of the outdoor area is the 18 m long swimming pool which is heated and can, therefore, be enjoy even in the preseason and post season from early spring to late autumn. Surrounding the partially roofed swimming pool are lounging chairs on which guests can enjoy the majestic view of the Adriatic Sea and the city of Trogir. Next to the swimming pool is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue so that guests of Villa BiancoMar have the option of dining on fresh air. Spiral staircases lead onto the 100 m2 rooftop terrace which is the ideal area for sipping a glass of Dalmatian wine while looking at the spectacular sunset and relaxing in the whirlpool. Two large parasols are available on the rooftop terrace. Furthermore, the bedrooms on the first floor can also be accessed by those spiral staircases. Guests arriving by car will have free parking at their disposal.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa, only 300 m away, there is a beautiful beach with a beach bar, deck chairs and aquapark for children that are available to guests of Villa BiancoMar. Villa Bianco Mar is a few minutes’ walk away from the Old Town of Trogir and its waterfront. The city of Trogir is by many regarded as one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Croatia which is further emphasized by the fact that the entire Old Town of Trogir is under the protection of UNESCO. Therefore, it is no surprise that Trogir abounds in historic and cultural monuments which are definitely worth paying a visit to. Furthermore, Trogir’s proximity to the Split Airport (5,5 km) makes it an extremely easy to reach holiday destination.
