In its 400m2 of living space, Villa Bellevue has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests in four stylishly decorated bedrooms all of which are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), an A/C system and a TV. The master bedroom, decorated with lovely shades of grey, has access to an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as to a balcony where sipping on coffee or a glass of wine will be a joy. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board on the lower floor of the villa. The ground floor of Villa Bellevue features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a bar that opens up to a grand dining area for eight people where the whole family can gather for a delicious home-cooked meal. The chic living room is furnished with an extremely comfortable L-shaped couch, a flat-screen TV, and a Hi-Fi system, making the living room the perfect spot in the villa for a bit of entertainment. Kids will have a variety of toys at their disposal, including Playmobil and books on the German language. There is also an entertainment room with darts and a special exercise area at your disposal. Furthermore, due to the fireplace, there is a bit of extra coziness in the room. The entertainment offered at Villa Bellevue also includes fitness equipment, a treadmill, and a jacuzzi for relaxation. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor of the villa.

Huge glass sliding doors from the dining area lead into the gorgeous courtyard of Villa Bellevue which can only be described as a little piece of heaven where relaxation is guaranteed. It features a lush garden full of herbs, cherry trees, walnuts, pomegranate, tomatoes, and zucchini which can be plucked by the guests so that they always have the freshest ingredients or relax in the hammock and just enjoy the view. Dive into the beautiful 22 m2 infinity swimming pool, which is also heated, so that the water temperature is always perfect, or lounge by the pool on one of the sunbeds and enjoy the magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding greenery. For the maximum comfort of the guests, there is an outdoor shower right next to the pool. Cooking enthusiasts can show off their cooking skills on the outdoor stone barbecue and treat their loved ones to a tasty meal on the outdoor dining area where eight people can be comfortably seated at. There is also a 70 m2 lawn at your disposal. Villa Bellevue offers parking for up to four cars.
