Villa Almas Split, Dalmatia

Villa Almas is located in a secluded area, in a small place called Neoric, far from city noise and busy rodes. With the large amount of amenities the villa is a perfect holiday spot and will suit all needs of both adults and children.

Villa Almas Interior

Villa Almas can easily accommodate a large group of 12 persons in five separate bedrooms, most of which are airconditioned and have en-suite bathrooms attached. The villa is 280 m2 large and spreads over two floors. The first floor of Villa Almas consists of a fully equipped large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and seating area, four bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and one master bathroom with a bathtub as well as a closed terrace where you can have your first coffee in the morning, overlooking the large outdoor area of Villa Almas. The fifth bedroom with two double beds and en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, alongside with the private gym and an additional kitchen, seating area and a bathroom with shower.

Villa Almas lies in the middle of the 15000 m2 fenced property and is surrounded by many mediterranean plants, trees and flowers, as well as a garden with domestic seasonal fruits and vegetables, at guests disposal during the entire stay. Other than a 60m2 large heated swimming pool, the highlight of Villa Almas is also a multi-court sports field where guests can play tennis, volleyball, basketball and football even at night due to the light system. The swimming pool is surrounded by ten sunbeds and two parasols. Here you can also find the enclosed dining area with kitchen, a barbecue and the finnish sauna. Next to the sports field, the guests can also play the traditional game of bocce. Villa Almas has five parking places and is pet friendly so make sure to bring your furry friends as well. If you wish to explore the nearby area, you can also use five bicycles free of charge.

Villa Almas Surroundings

Neoric is a small place in Central Dalmatia, about 30 km away from the touristic town of Split and 45 km away from Trogir, a town under the UNESCO protection, both deffinitly worth visiting due to the rich history, arhitecture and amazing gastronomic offer. Don't miss a chance to visit the National Park Krka as well, and amaze yourself with natural waterfalls. The local amenities can be found in a town of Sinj, only 10 minutes away from Villa Almas.
