The 1000 m2 Villa Acadia E with an indoor area of 270 m2 has the capacity to accommodate eight guests in four modern bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the villa, which are furnished with a double bed, a TV and an A/C system. Two of the bedrooms have an adjoined bathroom with a shower while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor of Villa Acadia E guests will have a fully equipped modern kitchen at their disposal so that they have the option of cooking at home. Next to the kitchen is the gorgeous dining area for eight guests where the whole family can get together to a meal. The stylish living room is furnished with comfortable grey sofa and a Smart TV with a sound system. In the living room, guests of Villa Acadia E can relax with a movie, enjoy the stunning view of the outdoor private swimming pool or get cozy next to the fireplace during colder months in Croatia. The courtyard of Villa Acadia E can be described as a paradise created for the whole purpose of providing guests with the most relaxing ambience possible. The main part of the courtyard is occupied by the beautiful 39 m2 heated swimming pool which can be used from the preseason in spring all the way to the postseason in fall. Next to the pool is a hot tub in which guests can sip on champagne or Dalmatian wine while looking at the gorgeous Adriatic Sea in front of them. For the maximum comfort of the guests of Villa Acadia E, there is an outdoor shower next to the hot tub. Guests who prefer dining and cooking on fresh air can do so in the outdoor kitchen with a grill next to which is a beautiful dining area for six people. Furthermore, on the same roofed terrace, there is an outdoor lounge area which overlooks the private heated swimming pool and the sea. The entire property of Villa Acadia E is fenced and offers guests private parking on the property. Furthermore, guests can access the resort’s gym 24/7.
