The 600 m2 Villa Acadia B with an indoor area of 300 m2 can accommodate up to 12 guests in two fully functioning apartments which feature six bedrooms in total. The first apartment of Villa Acadia B is mainly located on the ground floor of the villa. On this level, guests will have a fully equipped kitchen at their disposal, as well as a dining area for six people and a comfortable living room with an L-shape couch and satellite-TV. The first apartment consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with a double bed, of which one is located on the ground floor of the villa while the other two can be found on the first floor of Villa Acadia B. The bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub adjoined, while the other two bedrooms each have access to a private bathroom with a shower. A guest toilet can be found on the ground floor of the villa. The second apartment of Villa Acadia B mainly occupies the second floor of the villa. Just like the first apartment, the second apartment also features an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with an L-shaped sofa and a TV with satellite programs. From the living room, guests access a balcony with an outdoor dining area and a grill from which they will have a spectacular view of the outdoor swimming pool and the beach with the crystal clear sea. Furthermore, the second apartment of Villa Acadia B feature three bedrooms, two on the second floor of the villa and the last one on the first floor. All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have access to a private bathroom. The second apartment is accessed by a private staircase so that guests of Villa Acadia B have absolute privacy. During their stay, guests are welcomed to use the resort’s gym. Pets are allowed upon request.

The courtyard of Villa Acadia B consists of a roofed terrace and the swimming pool area. On the roofed terrace, guests of Villa Acadia B will have an outdoor dining area for six guests and a grill at their disposal. In front of the roofed terrace is the beautiful 24 m2 swimming pool which is heated and makes Villa Acadia B the perfect choice for a luxury holiday in Croatia in the preseason in spring and the postseason in fall. Surrounding the swimming pool are lounging chairs which overlook the gorgeous beach with turquoise sea. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower for the maximum convenience of the guests. The entire property of the villa is fenced and private parking is available on site.
