Additionally, there is a separate room which includes a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The upper and lower floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, which is why the upper floor can be used as a penthouse. The open space on the ground floor of the villa features a modern kitchen stocked up with some of the highest-quality beverages on the market. Connected to the kitchen and dining area is an elegant living room with a fireplace equipped with a mountable flat-screen TV and a PlayStation. Villa 9 offers a garage, from which guests can take the elevator to the upper floors.

The 150m2 large outdoor area with a view of the Adriatic Sea offers a spa-like experience with its hydromassage swimming pool with lounging-chairs and jacuzzi.
