In its 395m2 of living space, fully air-conditioned Villa Valiosa with underfloor heating features 5 spacious bedrooms on two floors, offering accommodation for a total of 10 guests. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa three of which are equipped with a double bed while the master bedroom is equipped with two queen size beds. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower while in the master bedroom bathroom guests have a shower at their disposal as well as a bathtub to enjoy long hot bubble baths in. Also, the master room offers access to its own terrace while the remaining rooms offer access to the balcony. All bedrooms and their bathrooms offer sea views that will make waking up in the morning as well as moments of relaxation an ethereal experience. The remaining bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa and together with its en-suite bathroom is completely bariier-free. The spacious, open-plan ground floor of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with high ceilings and a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa, large Smart TV and fireplace.
