The 500 m2 Villa Martinis with an indoor area of 300 m2 consists of four apartments, each with a private entrance, and has the capacity to accommodate 15 guests, making the villa ideal for a joined family holiday or a holiday with friend where some sense of privacy is still retained. Villa Martinis consists of five gorgeous modern bedrooms, of which four are furnished with a double bed, while the fifth one has two single beds. Furthermore, two of the bedrooms have a bathtub in the room for guests who enjoy taking bubble baths. Ten guests can sleep in the bedrooms, while the other five guests sleep either on extra beds or on the sofa beds. Additionally, there are five bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a hair dryer, etc., and a separate guest toilette. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous dining area and a living room with a sofa, SMART TV and home theatre, creating the ideal entertainment space for the whole family. The facilities found on the ground floor are suitable for disabled people.

The courtyard of Villa Martinis can be described as a romantic garden where guests will be able to fully unwind and forget about their everyday stress. The middle of the courtyard is occupied by a gorgeous 24 m2 heated swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful white lounging chairs from which guests will have a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Furthermore, there is a tavern which is part of the villa, but with a separate entrance. There, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor fireplace. Meals prepared on the grill can be enjoyed in the gorgeous outdoor dining area on the roofed terrace. The entire property of Villa Martinis is fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay. Villa Martinis provides its guests with private parking.
